We want to make sure you have the best experience purchasing quality handmade items with K-Bo Jewelry. Please read our store policies so there are no surprises along the way.


We ship out of Victoria, BC, Canada 

If you don't see your home on our shipping selection, email us. We are happy to quote you on shipping costs.

We offer Free pick-up to locals, standard shipping & tracked shipping.

Please double check your mailing address before completing your purchase. If the address is entered incorrectly and the item has already been sent, I can't replace the item.


Please double check your sizing before completing your order.

If you do not know your ring size, the most accurate way to check is by going to a local jewelry store and having them measure your finger.

No refunds will be offered if the wrong size is ordered, although store credit or exchanges will be given in most situations.

All custom orders are final sale.

Product Care

Sterling Silver & Brass Jewelry

The more you wear your jewelry, the shinier it will stay. If you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to keep it in an airtight container. If it does tarnish, no problem, gently polish with a polishing cloth to bring back the original shine! 

14K Gold-Fill


This materials wears exactly like 14K gold. The gold will not flake like gold plating or gold vermeil. It is still good practice to store your jewelry in an air tight container and polish with a polishing cloth when needed. 

Return Policy


If items are damaged when they arrive, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Faulty items will be replaced/fixed if I am deemed responsible. 

*Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Store Credit

Store credits will be given to items returned in the same condition as when it was first shipped.

If the jewelry has been damaged by wear and tear, no store credit will be given. 

The customer will be in charge of return shipping & must pick padded packaging to keep the jewelry from damage.
